How to set up and use plan changes in fylt

What it does

The Subscription page is where you manage your fylt plan — see what you're currently on, change tiers and billing cycle, and review exactly what a change will cost before you confirm it. Every plan change is quoted up front, so there's never a surprise on your next invoice.

Getting started

• Open Settings → Subscription to see your current plan, billing cycle, and any referral credit balance.
• Click Change plan to pick a new tier, then review the instant quote before confirming.
• Choose to switch immediately, at the end of your current billing period, or on a custom date.

Key settings

• Plan tier: Professional, Team, and Business are fixed-price plans that include every module, sized by included seats. Enterprise is a custom arrangement.
• Billing cycle: switch between monthly and annual billing; each plan's configured annual discount is shown on Pricing.
• Start date: apply an upgrade immediately or at your next renewal; schedule a downgrade or cancellation for a future date.

Day to day

• Most days, your subscription runs quietly in the background — no action needed until you want to change something.
• When you do change plans, cancelling, downgrading, or reducing seats generates a pro-rated refund to your original payment method for unused time, after a minimum usage charge of 3 days. The quote screen shows any blockers (like needing to remove seats first) before you can confirm.
• Any available referral credit is applied automatically to reduce the amount you're charged.

Make the most of it

• Check your active team member count before downgrading — a plan change is blocked if your team wouldn't fit the new plan's seat limit.
• Schedule a downgrade for your next billing date instead of switching immediately if you want to use the rest of what you've already paid for.
• Review your Subscription page after referring another business — any earned credit is applied automatically to your next plan change.
• Enterprise plans aren't self-serve — reach out to fylt support if you need a custom arrangement.
